Can I supply my own tap and have you fit it?
Yes. If you've already purchased a tap, we'll assess whether it suits your existing pipework and fit it during the same visit. Just let us know the brand and model when you book so we can confirm compatibility before arriving.
How long does a single tap replacement take?
Most standard tap replacements take between 30 and 60 minutes. If the existing connections are corroded or the flexi hoses need replacing, it may run slightly longer — we'll let you know before we proceed with any additional work.
Do I need to turn my water off before you arrive?
No. We handle the isolation ourselves as part of the job. If you know the location of your main stop valve, that's helpful to point out, but it's not required.
My tap is dripping — is replacement always necessary, or can it be repaired?
In some cases a washer or cartridge replacement will fix a drip without replacing the full tap body. We'll assess this on arrival and give you an honest recommendation. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so.
Do you replace taps in rental properties?
Yes. We work with landlords and property managers across Sydney. If you're a landlord, we can liaise directly with your tenant to arrange access and provide a detailed invoice for your records.
