About us
Built in Melbourne by a founder who knows what it's like to run a small to medium business — the late-night invoicing, the spreadsheet chaos, the app fatigue. From tradies to restaurants, salons to freelancers.
Our mission
We're not trying to be the next Salesforce. We're building the anti-Salesforce — software that's so simple you never need a training session, so affordable you never think twice, and so complete you never need another app.
We don't build for enterprise. We build for the tradie quoting from a van, the cleaner invoicing between jobs, the PT booking clients at 6am.
Every feature earns its place. No bloat, no feature-gated upsells, no 200-page setup guides. If it takes more than 30 seconds, we redesign it.
GST, ABN validation, ATO compliance, and Australian bank integrations. Not an afterthought — the foundation everything is built on.
We'll never sell your data or lock you in. Export everything anytime. Your client list, your invoices, your history — it's yours.
From lost BAS weekends to a full business platform. Here's where we've been and where we're headed.
Years of running businesses on a spreadsheet for contacts, another for invoices, a shoebox for receipts — and losing whole weekends to BAS reconciliation — convinced our founder there had to be one book that did it all.
We built the first version while talking to the small to medium business owners we'd worked with — tradies, restaurants, salons, freelancers — to make sure it solved their real admin problems, not imagined ones.
OneBookPlus goes live in Australia. Invoicing, quotes, CRM, bookings, expenses, accounting, bank imports, and a modular App Marketplace — all in one platform.
Hospitality (Point of Sale, table management, menus, reservations), retail (POS, product catalogue, barcode scanning, inventory), and trades (drag-and-drop job pipeline, quote-to-job conversion, photo notes).
Job management with batch invoicing and weekly scheduling. Employee rostering, timesheets, leave tracking, and payroll with super and PAYG.
Built-in GST and BAS tracking, plus 13 free tax calculators. Direct ATO tax lodgement (BAS, individual returns, TPAR) is coming soon.
The native iPhone and iPad app — built in Swift with SwiftUI — is approved and live on the App Store, with in-app subscriptions, Face ID lock, and a two-pane iPad layout. Run the whole business from your pocket.
Stripe Connect integration, online invoice payments, email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and review request automation.
Ask AI ships inside the iOS app — natural-language answers from your own books. On the website, Plus answers visitor questions instantly with a one-tap handoff to a real human. The AI Receptionist answers calls and texts 24/7 and books the job; AI Companion chases payments, follows up quotes and requests reviews in the background.
Native Android app with feature parity to iOS. Push notifications, offline mode, and receipt scanning.
Invoice in any currency, NZ GST, Singapore invoicing, Xero/MYOB sync, and localised compliance across the Asia-Pacific region.

bishal.com.au“I've worked with hundreds of Australian small to medium businesses — tradies, restaurants, salons, freelancers — and the same problem kept coming up: they were paying for a stack of separate tools that didn't talk to each other. OneBookPlus was born from that frustration. I wanted to build the one book I wished existed when I was running my own businesses — simple, affordable, and genuinely useful from day one.”
Based in Melbourne, Bishal has spent over a decade in digital marketing, web development, and small to medium business consulting. He's built and scaled multiple businesses across Australia and understands firsthand what Australian small to medium business owners actually need — not what enterprise software companies think they need.
