Is there a limit on the number of contacts?

The free plan includes up to 50 contacts. Paid plans offer 500 to unlimited contacts depending on your tier. You can always upgrade as your client list grows.

Do contacts auto-create when I invoice someone?

Yes. When you create an invoice and type in a new client's email, OneBookPlus creates the contact automatically. You never need to manually enter clients twice.

Can I import my existing client list?

Yes. Export a CSV from your existing system (Xero, Google Contacts, Excel, etc.) and import it into OneBookPlus. Map your column headers and your contacts migrate in minutes.

Can I add team members who can see contacts?

Yes. Any team member you invite can access the CRM. You control their permission level — they can view, edit, or have admin access.

Is this a full sales pipeline CRM?
