Does OneBookPlus have portal push like Agentbox?
Not yet — Agentbox pushes listings to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au via XML feeds. This is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can manage listings in OneBookPlus and manually post to portals, or use our upcoming XML export feature to automate the process.
Can OneBookPlus replace both Agentbox and my accounting software?
Yes — that's the core advantage. OneBookPlus includes GST invoicing, expense tracking, P&L reports, and BAS summaries built in. With Agentbox you still need Xero or MYOB for accounting (an extra $35-75/mo). OneBookPlus gives you both the real estate CRM and the financial back-office in one app.
