FAQ
Features are core modules included on every plan — invoicing, bookings, CRM, accounting, marketing. Apps are optional integrations and add-ons that extend a feature, like a Google Ads connector for the marketing module or a table-management app for the booking module.
It depends on the app. Many are free and bundled with your plan; some have an additional per-month price (clearly listed on the app's page); some are 'bring your own credentials' connectors to third-party tools (e.g. Stripe, Google Ads) where you pay that vendor directly. The price is shown on every app card.
From your dashboard, open the app marketplace, find the app, click Install. Most apps activate immediately. Connector apps (Stripe, Google Ads, Mailchimp) prompt you to sign into the third-party account so OneBookPlus can read or write data on your behalf.

Most apps in the marketplace are built and maintained by the OneBookPlus team in Melbourne. A handful are official integrations with third-party vendors (e.g. Stripe Connect, Google Ads API). Each app's page lists its publisher.
