About this app
The salon layer on top of OneBookPlus. The appointment book runs a column per stylist against your opening hours, so a walk-in gets slotted where there is actually room. Your service menu carries a price per stylist tier, so a senior stylist's colour is not billed at the junior rate by accident. The till opens the client's booked services as a ticket, takes a tip, adds retail off the shelf, splits the payment, prints or emails the receipt and offers the rebook before they leave. Cash-up closes the day. Client forms and waivers go out ahead of the appointment, and you can see exactly what the client sees before anyone signs. Everything writes to the same contacts, invoices and accounting as the rest of OneBookPlus.

Open the ticket at the till, add a tip and any retail, and take the payment

About OneBookPlus apps
How Salon Suite fits into the rest of OneBookPlus
Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Salon Suite reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Salon Suite appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.
For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Salon Suite and the OneBookPlus app marketplace.
Can two stylists charge different prices for the same service?
Yes. The service menu holds a price per stylist tier, and the till resolves the price for whoever is doing the work. If the counter cannot be sure it is showing the right stylist rate, it says so rather than guessing.
Does the till take a card?
Payments are recorded against the ticket, including a split across methods, and the receipt goes out printed or by email. An integrated card reader is not available, so the card itself is taken on your existing terminal.
What happens to the sale afterwards?
It writes to the same contacts, invoices and accounting as the rest of OneBookPlus, so the day's takings are in your books without re-keying.
Are the client forms included?
Yes. Build a form or waiver, send it before the appointment, and see exactly what the client sees before anyone signs it. The signed copy stays on the contact record.
Every app in the marketplace
These answers are the same whichever app you install.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
- Is OneBookPlus built for Australian businesses?
