Verify home care visits with location-based clock in/out
Trust but verify. GPS Verification gives home care providers proof that carers arrived at the right location at the right time. Carers clock in and out of each visit using the Carer App, and GPS coordinates are captured automatically. Coordinators can see live visit status across all carers, and timesheets are generated automatically from verified clock events. The system uses geofencing — you set an acceptable radius around each client's address, and clock-in is only accepted within that boundary. If a carer attempts to clock in from outside the geofence, the system flags it for coordinator review. All location data is handled in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and is only used for visit verification, not continuous tracking. GPS Verification integrates directly with Rostering & Payroll so verified hours flow straight into pay runs.
