About this app

Track a claim through quote, assessor approval, parts, repair and return, tagged to the insurer, IAG, Suncorp, AAMI, Allianz or RACV. We do not connect to any insurer's assessing system, this is your record of the job. Each step stamps its own date, so a claim sitting with an assessor for more than five business days lands on a chase list. The claim holds the assessed labour units beside the hours you actually spent, the quoted, approved, invoiced and paid amounts, the excess and the date it was paid, and a per-insurer report shows which insurers are worth the work. The back and forth with an assessor lives in one notes field on the claim: there is no supplementary-quote thread and no second claim linked to the first, so you argue a supplementary from the unit and hour numbers rather than from a thread in here.

How it works

  1. 1

Open the claim, name the insurer and the claim number, with the common insurers offered as suggestions

  2. 2

Send the quote and the photo pack, and the claim joins the chase list if the assessor goes quiet for five business days

  3. 3

Record the assessed labour units and the hours you actually spent

  4. 4

On completion the per-insurer report shows units assessed against hours spent

Who it's for

  • Panel beaters who need the assessed units and the hours actually spent side by side
  • Smash repairers chasing assessor approvals across 5+ insurers in parallel
  • Repairers who want to know which insurer is actually worth the work

About OneBookPlus apps

How Insurance Repair Portal fits into the rest of OneBookPlus

Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Insurance Repair Portal reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.

Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Insurance Repair Portal appears as a single line on the same OneBookPlus invoice as your plan, so you don't end up reconciling separate vendor charges across three or four different SaaS subscriptions. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.

Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.

For a side-by-side of which features ship as core modules versus which require an installed app, see the features page. For pricing across plans and which apps are bundled at each tier, see the pricing page.
