A timber pest report is not a certificate, and this is not a certificate generator. You work through the areas AS 4349.3 expects you to cover, interior, roof void, subfloor, exterior, roof exterior, grounds, fences, outbuildings and trees within 50m, marking each one inspected, limited or not inspected with the reason written down. Per area you record moisture meter percentages and thermal notes, flag live activity, damage, workings and conducive conditions separately rather than lumping them into one finding, name the species, set a severity and attach photos. Issue as a branded PDF or a tokenised link the buyer, conveyancer or strata manager opens without a login, and void it later if you need to withdraw it. The chemical log is separate on purpose, because a warranty re-treatment has no report behind it and still has to be recorded: product, APVMA number, active constituent, batch number, dilution rate, quantity, method, target pest, treated areas, weather and technician, searchable by address so next year's technician can see what went down and where. Pre-purchase, annual re-inspection and AS 3660.2 termite management types included. This gives you somewhere to record a competent report; it does not certify one, and pest management licensing is set state by state.

Yes. Issuing a report mints a tokenised link the buyer, conveyancer or strata manager opens in a browser, with a PDF download. The page is noindex so it never turns up in search results, the photos are served through short-lived signed URLs, and voiding the report stops the link resolving.
Do I have to attach a treatment to an inspection?
No. Most treatments follow an inspection, but a routine spray or a no-charge warranty re-treatment often has no report behind it and still needs recording. The chemical log stands on its own and links to a job, a client or an inspection only when there is one.
