About this app
The Shop app puts your products on your OneBookPlus website and sells them from the same stock as the Retail POS, so a sale online and a sale at the counter count down the same units. Customers pay by card at checkout through your own Stripe account, and choose delivery at the rates you set or click and collect from your pickup address. You can offer discount codes, and from the dashboard you pick, send or hand over each order, and refund one when you need to. Checkout opens once the shop passes its setup checks, including Stripe, delivery or collection, GST, your ABN and address, and a returns page, and you switch online payments on. It is open to a few businesses in a pilot. It is not part of any plan and cannot be installed from the marketplace yet, and there are no gift cards or store credit. Until it opens to you, sell in person through the Retail POS, take money online with an invoice pay link, or link your website to a dedicated store such as Shopify.

How Shop fits into the rest of OneBookPlus
Most OneBookPlus apps are not external integrations wired up between separate products. They are native modules installed inside the same platform you already use for invoicing, bookings, CRM, and accounting. That means Shop reads from and writes to the same customer records, financial entries, and calendar events as every other module, with no scheduled sync delays and no risk of data drift between systems.
Because the marketplace runs inside OneBookPlus, billing is consolidated. Shop is included free with every plan, so installation just enables the feature in your dashboard. Cancellation is one click and never reaches into your data. Uninstalling an app removes the feature from the UI but preserves the underlying customer, invoice, and booking records, so reinstalling later picks up exactly where you left off.
Every app in the marketplace is built specifically for the Australian small and medium business context: GST and ABN handling are first-class concerns, dates render as DD/MM/YYYY, currency defaults to AUD, and the underlying compliance plumbing (BAS summaries, ATO-friendly records, AHPRA / NDIS / Fair Work checkpoints where relevant) is shared across modules.

What will Shop cost?
Shop will be included free with every OneBookPlus plan when it ships.
Will registering interest cost me anything?
No. Registering interest starts a OneBookPlus account, nothing more. There is no charge and no commitment attached to an app that has not shipped.

- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any OneBookPlus app. Uninstall from your dashboard at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated at the database layer, hosted in Australia in line with the Privacy Act 1988. We never sell or share your business data with third parties, and the full practices are documented on the OneBookPlus security page at onebookplus.com.au/security.
