Process pay for your employees with Australian tax and super calculations.
Creating a Pay Run
- Go to Rostering → Payroll
- Click New Pay Run
- Configure:
- Period — start and end date of the pay period
- Pay cycle — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
- Pay date — when employees will be paid
- Select the employees to include
- Click Create
Pay Run Details
Each employee's entry shows:
- Hours worked (or salary) from approved timesheets
- Gross pay — total before deductions
- PAYG tax — Australian pay-as-you-go withholding
- Superannuation — employer super contributions (currently 11.5%)
- Net pay — the amount the employee receives
- Deductions — any additional deductions
Pay Run Statuses
- Draft — still editing, not finalised
- Processing — being calculated
- Completed — payroll is done, amounts are final
- Cancelled — voided
Completing a Pay Run
- Review all employee amounts
- Make any adjustments
- Click Complete to finalise
- Generate pay slips for each employee
