Create Rosters
The roster calendar lets you plan who works when.
The Roster View
Go to Rostering to see the weekly roster calendar:
- Each row is an employee
- Each column is a day of the week
- Navigate between weeks using the date arrows
Adding a Shift
Click on a cell to add a shift:
- Start time and End time
- Position — what role they're working
- Location (if you have multiple sites)
- Notes — special instructions
Shift Display
Each shift shows:
- Time range (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Position
- Colour-coded by role or status
Managing Shifts
- Click a shift to edit its details
- Delete shifts that are no longer needed
- View the total hours per employee for the week
**Tip:** Plan your roster a week in advance so employees know their schedule ahead of time.
