Inventory that takes care of itself

Every closed POS sale automatically decrements the right variant's stock count and writes a stock-adjustment row with the order number and timestamp, so you have a permanent audit trail of why every unit left the shop — sold, damaged, counted, returned. Set a low-stock threshold per variant; the dashboard shows you which variants need reordering before you sell out. The dead-stock report finds variants with no sales in 30 days so you know which lines to mark down or send back. Stocktake counts adjust quantities in place with the 'counted' reason — no separate stocktake tool needed.

Reports that answer real questions

The dashboard answers what the operator actually needs on Monday morning: how did yesterday/this week compare to last week, what hour was busiest, what category sold hardest, which products are top sellers, where are the voids and refunds, what stock is dead. The dedicated Sales Reports module goes deeper — 7-day / 30-day / 90-day windows, sales by day with cash/card stack, peak hours of the trading window, weekday breakdown, top 20 products, full category list, voids audit with reason, and the dead-stock list sorted by tied-up dollar value. No exports to Excel.

Bank feeds and BAS

Connect your business bank account via the AU Consumer Data Right framework and your card terminal's daily settlement deposit auto-matches against the day's POS card total. Supplier invoices (cleaning, packaging, stock from wholesalers) are recorded against the right category; receipts can be snapped on a phone. Come BAS quarter, the GST summary builds itself — GST collected on POS sales and invoices, GST paid on supplier and overhead expenses, net amount owing — and exports cleanly for your accountant or lodges directly via the ATO Tax Lodgement app for the small subset of retailers who self-lodge.
