Manage Your Contacts
The Contacts module is your simple CRM — store client details and see their full history.
Adding a Contact
- Go to Contacts from the sidebar
- Click New Contact
- Fill in the details:
- First name and Last name
- Email and Phone
- Company name (optional)
- Address — street, city, state, postcode, country
- Tags — add custom tags to categorise contacts (e.g., "VIP", "Supplier", "Lead")
- Notes — any private notes about this contact
- Source — how you found this contact (e.g., "Referral", "Website", "Google")
- Click Save
Contact Detail Page
Click any contact to see:
- Full contact information
- Total invoiced — lifetime value of this client
- Invoice history — all invoices sent to this contact
- Payment history — payments received
Editing and Deleting
- Click Edit to update any contact details
- Click Delete to soft-delete (data is preserved but hidden from lists)
**Tip:** Contacts are shared across all modules — when you create an invoice or booking, you can search for existing contacts.
