Manage Your Contacts

The Contacts module is your simple CRM — store client details and see their full history.

Adding a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts from the sidebar
  2. Click New Contact
  3. Fill in the details:
  • First name and Last name
  • Email and Phone
  • Company name (optional)
  • Address — street, city, state, postcode, country
  • Tags — add custom tags to categorise contacts (e.g., "VIP", "Supplier", "Lead")
  • Notes — any private notes about this contact
  • Source — how you found this contact (e.g., "Referral", "Website", "Google")
  1. Click Save

Contact Detail Page

Click any contact to see:

  • Full contact information
  • Total invoiced — lifetime value of this client
  • Invoice history — all invoices sent to this contact
  • Payment history — payments received

Editing and Deleting

  • Click Edit to update any contact details
  • Click Delete to soft-delete (data is preserved but hidden from lists)
**Tip:** Contacts are shared across all modules — when you create an invoice or booking, you can search for existing contacts.
