OneBookPlus connects to Australian bank accounts through Basiq, a regulated financial-data provider. Transactions import automatically, deposits are matched against open invoices, and reconciliation happens in the accounting module — without CSV uploads.
You authorise the connection in Basiq's own secure consent UI. OneBookPlus never sees or stores your banking credentials — the connection is handled entirely by Basiq's infrastructure.
Once connected, transactions flow into OneBookPlus automatically on a scheduled sync, with a manual refresh button when you want the latest right now. No more weekly CSV uploads.
Imported transactions arrive enriched with cleaned-up merchant names and categories from Basiq's data, with AI-assisted categorisation available for anything left over.
Incoming deposits that look like invoice payments are surfaced as match suggestions — amount, reference, and client scored for confidence — for one-click confirmation on the Payments page.
Bank balances, feed health, and reconciliation status each have a dedicated view in the accounting module, so you can see at a glance what's matched and what needs attention.
Supports a wide range of Australian financial institutions including the four majors (CBA, NAB, ANZ, Westpac), regional banks, and credit unions.
The Bank Feeds app is free to install from the OneBookPlus app marketplace.
No. You authenticate with your bank inside Basiq's secure consent flow. OneBookPlus receives transaction and account data from Basiq's API and never sees your banking credentials.
Feeds sync on a schedule and you can trigger a manual refresh from the Bank Feeds page at any time. Refresh cadence and data availability vary by institution, since the connection is made through Basiq.
