From there you build the quote from your saved prices and send it, Jess accepts it on her phone, and the job goes in the calendar. On the day she gets an On the way text, the timer tracks your hours, and the finished job becomes an invoice with nothing typed twice. When she pays, you mark it paid and it is already in your books.

Do I have to retype the quote when I make the invoice?
No. When the job is finished you press Create invoice and everything from the quote carries straight over, so there is nothing to type twice.
How does the customer know I am on my way?
On the day you tap On the way, and your customer gets a text letting them know when you will be there.

The quote, the job, the invoice and the payment all sit on the customer's record, in one place.

First, you set things up once. Pop in the work you do and what you charge, and it's ready for every quote and invoice.
Your booking page is ready to share, so customers can reach you any time, day or night.
Meet Jess. Her kitchen sink's blocked, so she asks you for a quote.
She picks the job, tells you what's going on, and adds her address.
And she snaps a photo, so you know what you're walking into before you even leave.
Back in OneBookPlus, her request is sitting right there, waiting for you.
Open it up, have a look at the photo, and hit Create quote.
Her details and the job are already filled in. Just add your labour from your saved prices, and save.
Send it off, and it lands in her inbox.
Jess opens it on her phone, checks the price, and accepts. One tap.
And just like that, the quote's accepted and the job's ready to go.
Pop it in the calendar. Pick the day and the time.
