How to Download the iOS App
OneBookPlus has a native iOS app that gives you full access to your business on the go. The app is currently available through TestFlight (Apple's beta testing platform) and will be available on the App Store soon.
Installing via TestFlight
- Open this link on your iPhone or iPad: https://testflight.apple.com/join/RPDxAWkN
- If you don't have the TestFlight app installed, you'll be prompted to download it from the App Store first
- Once TestFlight is installed, tap Accept to join the OneBookPlus beta
- Tap Install to download the app
- Open OneBookPlus and sign in with your existing account
System Requirements
- iOS 16.0 or later
- iPhone or iPad
- Approximately 50 MB of storage
What You Can Do on the iOS App
The iOS app includes:
- Dashboard — view revenue, outstanding invoices, and recent activity
- Invoicing — create, send, and manage invoices
- Contacts — browse and manage your client database
- Expenses — photograph receipts and record expenses on the spot
- Bookings — view and manage upcoming appointments
- Notifications — real-time push notifications for payments, bookings, and more
Staying Updated
TestFlight apps update automatically when a new beta version is released. You'll receive a notification from TestFlight when an update is available.
Providing Feedback
As a beta tester, you can provide feedback directly through TestFlight:
- Take a screenshot in the app to trigger the feedback prompt
- Or open TestFlight → OneBookPlus → Send Feedback
Your feedback helps us improve the app before the public launch.
**Tip:** Sign in with the same Google account or email you use on the web app — all your data syncs automatically.
