For field work, OneBookPlus gives every job a private status page you can send the customer. It saves the "what time are you coming" phone call.
What they see
- The job, the site address and what is scheduled
- The current status, and your ETA once you mark yourself on the way
- Your business details, including your trade licence number when you have recorded one
The page updates itself, so a customer who leaves it open watches the status change rather than refreshing.
Rating the work
Once the job is done the same page asks for a star rating out of five and an optional comment. That feedback lands on the job in your dashboard. It is your own record, not a public review.
Sending it
The link goes out by SMS from the job. The Live Customer Tracker app adds the ETA presets and the running countdown on top of it.
Keeping the link private
One link covers one job. Anyone holding it can see that job, so treat it the way you would treat the customer's own copy of the paperwork.
