A short guide to adding your services and prices in OneBookPlus. You add each kind of work once, with how long it takes and what you charge, and the same price list feeds your online booking page, your quotes and your invoices.

It shows where to find Services, how a blank price shows customers Price on quote, and how to keep a price such as a call-out fee off your booking page while still using it on quotes and invoices.

What happens if I leave the price blank?

Customers see Price on quote instead of a figure.

Can I keep a price off my booking page but still use it on quotes and invoices?

Yes. For a price such as a call out fee, switch off Show on booking page. It stays off the page and is still ready to add to a quote or an invoice.

Do I need to enter prices again for quotes and invoices?

No. You add each service once, with how long it takes and what you charge, and every price is ready to add to a quote or an invoice. Bookable services also appear on your booking page.
