In Bookings, then Availability, tick the days you open and set the hours for each one. Choose how much notice you need, a gap between bookings for travel or packing up, and how often start times are offered, then add the days you are closed, such as public holidays. Save, and your booking page only offers times inside those hours.

No. Once you save, your booking page only offers times inside the hours you set.
