Your OneBookPlus address comes from your business name when the account is created. It can be changed, and it is worth understanding what changing it breaks before you do.
Read this part first
The old address is not redirected. It stops working. Anything already carrying it stops working with it:
- printed QR codes on vans, flyers and business cards
- the booking link in an email signature
- links a customer has saved or bookmarked
- the address in any directory listing you have set up
There is no forwarding. A customer with the old link gets nothing.
The rules
- only an owner or admin can change it
- it can be changed once every seven days
- some words are reserved and will be refused
If you have already printed the old one
Think hard about whether the new address is worth reprinting for. In most cases it is not, and the address a customer types is far less important than it feels.
