Sell a package and track credits

Sell a lesson package to a student from their own page, and keep track of the lessons they have left.

Open the student, and under Prepaid packages press Sell package. Choose the package; the amount fills in from its price and you can change it to give a discount, choose an instructor, raise a GST invoice for the sale, or mark that someone else is paying. Press Confirm sale, and the lessons become credits with the date they expire. Adjust credits lets you correct the balance or add lessons to a pack they have topped up.

Student Credits lists every student and how many credits they have left. And with Cancelled lessons that were paid for switched on, a paid lesson that is cancelled in time becomes a credit for the student's next booking of the same kind.
