Accounting Dashboard Overview

The Accounting page gives you a bird's-eye view of your business finances.

Date Range

Use the selector at the top to view data for:

  • This Quarter / Last Quarter
  • This Financial Year / Last Financial Year (Australian FY: July–June)

Financial Summary

  • Total Revenue — sum of all paid invoices in the period
  • Total Expenses — sum of all approved/paid expenses
  • GST Collected — GST charged on your invoices
  • Net Profit — Revenue minus Expenses

Outstanding & Overdue

  • Outstanding — total value of unpaid invoices
  • Overdue — invoices past their due date (needs attention)

Monthly Ledger

A 12-month view showing:

  • Revenue vs. expenses per month
  • Invoice counts
  • Percentage changes
  • Running totals

Expense Breakdown

Top 6 expense categories by amount, showing where your money goes.
