Track Daily Sales

The Daily Sales module lets you record your total takings at the end of each day.

Recording a Day's Sales

  1. Go to Daily Sales from the sidebar
  2. Enter today's totals:
  • Cash total — all cash payments received
  • Card total — all card/EFTPOS payments
  • Other — any other payment methods
  • Notes — anything noteworthy about the day
  1. Click Save

Summary Dashboard

At the top of the page you'll see:

  • Last 7 days total — combined sales over the past week
  • Daily average — average daily revenue
  • Days recorded — how many entries you've logged

Recent Sales Table

A table showing your recent daily entries with:

  • Date
  • Cash, Card, Other breakdown
  • Total for the day
**Tip:** Record your daily sales at close of business each night for accurate cash-flow tracking.
