Track Daily Sales
The Daily Sales module lets you record your total takings at the end of each day.
Recording a Day's Sales
- Go to Daily Sales from the sidebar
- Enter today's totals:
- Cash total — all cash payments received
- Card total — all card/EFTPOS payments
- Other — any other payment methods
- Notes — anything noteworthy about the day
- Click Save
Summary Dashboard
At the top of the page you'll see:
- Last 7 days total — combined sales over the past week
- Daily average — average daily revenue
- Days recorded — how many entries you've logged
Recent Sales Table
A table showing your recent daily entries with:
- Date
- Cash, Card, Other breakdown
- Total for the day
**Tip:** Record your daily sales at close of business each night for accurate cash-flow tracking.
