Table Management & Floor Plan
Organise your venue layout so staff can manage seating efficiently.
Venue Rooms
Create separate rooms to represent different areas:
- Main Dining, Outdoor/Patio, Bar Area, Private Dining, etc.
- Each room has its own grid size (columns x rows) for the floor plan
- Set a sort order to control which room appears first
Adding Tables
For each table:
- Label — T1, T2, Bar-1, etc.
- Seats — how many people can sit
- Shape — round, square, or rectangle
- Status — available or occupied
Floor Plan Editor
The visual floor plan lets you:
- Drag tables onto the grid to position them
- See real-time status — which tables are occupied
- View open order count per table
- Click a table to go directly to its order in the POS
**Tip:** Set up your floor plan once and your team can use it every day to manage seating and orders.
