Organise your venue layout so staff can manage seating efficiently.

Venue Rooms

Create separate rooms to represent different areas:

  • Main Dining, Outdoor/Patio, Bar Area, Private Dining, etc.
  • Each room has its own grid size (columns x rows) for the floor plan
  • Set a sort order to control which room appears first

Adding Tables

For each table:

  • Label — T1, T2, Bar-1, etc.
  • Seats — how many people can sit
  • Shape — round, square, or rectangle
  • Status — available or occupied

Floor Plan Editor

The visual floor plan lets you:

  • Drag tables onto the grid to position them
  • See real-time status — which tables are occupied
  • View open order count per table
  • Click a table to go directly to its order in the POS
