Manage Your Menu

Keep your menu up-to-date so your POS always reflects what's available.

Menu Categories

Categories organise your menu for easy navigation in the POS:

  • Go to Menu Management
  • Click Add Category
  • Enter a name and sort order
  • Drag to reorder categories

Menu Items

For each item:

  • Name and description
  • Price (GST-inclusive is recommended for display)
  • Category assignment
  • Dietary tags: V (Vegetarian), VG (Vegan), GF (Gluten-free), DF (Dairy-free)
  • Available toggle — mark items as unavailable without deleting them (e.g., out of stock)

Quick Updates

  • Toggle availability directly from the menu list
  • Bulk edit prices or categories
  • Reorder items within a category using sort order
**Tip:** Mark seasonal or sold-out items as unavailable rather than deleting them — you can bring them back any time.
