Plans and Pricing

OneBookPlus offers flexible plans to grow with your business.

Available Plans

  • Free — basic features to get started, limited invoices and contacts
  • Starter — more capacity, core features unlocked
  • Professional — full feature set, priority support
  • Enterprise — unlimited everything, dedicated support

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current plan and monthly price
  • Feature limits
  • Trial status (if applicable)
  • Days remaining on trial or promo

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want
  3. Complete payment via Stripe
  4. Your account is upgraded immediately

Promo Codes

If you have a promo code:

  • It may have been applied during signup
  • Check Settings → Billing to see the applied code and discount details

App Add-Ons

Some features are available as paid add-on apps:

  • POS (Point of Sale)
  • Rostering & Payroll
  • Booking Platform
  • ATO Tax Lodgement

Install them from the App Store in your sidebar. Each shows its monthly price and any trial period.

**Tip:** Start with the Free plan and upgrade as your business grows. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime.
