What happens when your trial ends

The billing page tracks your trial and tells you the day it runs out. Nothing is deleted, and here is what each notice means.

Go to Settings, then Billing & Plan. Near the top you get a trial progress bar and the date the trial runs out. That page is the single source of truth for where you stand, not an email you may have missed.

While the trial is running

The monthly breakdown on the billing page lists your plan and every add-on app you have installed. During the trial each of them shows Free during trial, alongside what it will cost after trial ends, so the number is never a surprise.

The day it ends

The billing page shows a Your trial has ended notice, and you pick a plan from the Change Plan section on the same page.

Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Your invoices, quotes, contacts and bookings stay exactly where they are.

What does change

The free plan has lower limits than the trial did. The Usage this period meter on the billing page shows where you sit against each one, and if you have gone past a limit it says so plainly rather than failing when you try to create something.

The free plan also has a single seat, so anyone you invited will need a paid plan to keep their access. See adding seats for your team.

Add-on app trials run separately

A paid app you installed from the marketplace has its own trial clock, which does not follow your plan trial. Check the monthly breakdown for the per-app dates.
