How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage" next to your payment method to access the Stripe Customer Portal. From there, you can cancel your subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can downgrade to the free plan at any time.

App Add-Ons are optional paid features you can install from the App Store in your sidebar. Examples include POS, Rostering & Payroll, Booking Platform, and ATO Tax Lodgement. Each app has its own monthly price and may include a free trial period. You can install and uninstall apps at any time.

If you received a promo code, it was likely applied during signup. Promo codes can give you free months on a paid plan or discounts. Check Settings → Billing to see if a code is applied to your account and what benefits it provides.
