Understanding the Dashboard
Your dashboard is the home screen of OneBookPlus. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your business.
Standard Business Dashboard
If you run a trades, professional services, retail, or health business, you'll see:
- Revenue Today — total from paid invoices today
- Revenue This Month — month-to-date income
- Outstanding Invoices — total amount and count of unpaid invoices
- Overdue — invoices past their due date (highlighted in red)
- Contacts — total number of clients in your CRM
- Recent Invoices — your latest invoices with status badges
- Upcoming Bookings — next scheduled appointments
- Activity Feed — recent actions across your account
Restaurant Dashboard
If your business type is restaurant, cafe, or hospitality, you get a specialised view:
- Today's Revenue — cash + card breakdown
- Open Orders — currently active orders
- 7-Day Average — daily average sales over the past week
- Recent Orders — latest orders with table and status
- Quick Actions — New Order, Daily Sales, Add Expense, Menu Management
Quick Actions
Use the quick action buttons at the top of your dashboard to:
- Create a new invoice
- Add a new contact
- Create a new booking
- Record an expense
