Understanding the Dashboard

Your dashboard is the home screen of OneBookPlus. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your business.

Standard Business Dashboard

If you run a trades, professional services, retail, or health business, you'll see:

• Revenue Today — total from paid invoices today
• Revenue This Month — month-to-date income
• Outstanding Invoices — total amount and count of unpaid invoices
• Overdue — invoices past their due date (highlighted in red)
• Contacts — total number of clients in your CRM
• Recent Invoices — your latest invoices with status badges
• Upcoming Bookings — next scheduled appointments
• Activity Feed — recent actions across your account

Restaurant Dashboard

If your business type is restaurant, cafe, or hospitality, you get a specialised view:

• Today's Revenue — cash + card breakdown
• Open Orders — currently active orders
• 7-Day Average — daily average sales over the past week
• Recent Orders — latest orders with table and status
• Quick Actions — New Order, Daily Sales, Add Expense, Menu Management

Use the quick action buttons at the top of your dashboard to:

• Create a new invoice
• Add a new contact
• Create a new booking
• Record an expense
