Add your business name, ABN, logo, and contact details so they appear on invoices and quotes.

Set Up Your Business Profile

Your business profile information appears on every invoice, quote, and booking confirmation you send.

How to Edit Your Profile

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Under Business Profile, fill in:
  • Business name — your trading name
  • ABN — Australian Business Number (validated automatically)
  • Email and phone number
  • Address — street, city, state, and postcode
  • Website (optional)
  1. Click Save Changes

Upload Your Logo

Your logo appears on PDF invoices and quotes. To add it:

  1. Click the logo area in your business profile
  2. Upload a PNG or JPG image
  3. We recommend a square or landscape image at least 200px wide

Set Up Payment Details

Under Payment Methods in Settings, configure how clients can pay you:

  • Bank Transfer — BSB and account number
  • BPAY — your biller code
  • PayID — email, phone, or ABN
  • Credit/Debit Card — connect Stripe (see our Stripe guide)

These details appear on your invoices so clients know exactly how to pay.
