How Payment Reminders Work
When an invoice passes its due date and remains unpaid, OneBookPlus can send a friendly reminder email to the client. The email includes:
- The invoice number and amount due
- How many days overdue
- A link to view and pay the invoice online
Managing Reminders
From the invoice detail page, you can:
- See if a reminder has been sent
- View reminder history
- Manually trigger a reminder
**Tip:** Consistent reminders significantly reduce your average days-to-payment. Most clients simply forget — a polite nudge does the trick.
